THE JADE NETWORK est 2010
Since 2010 it has served as a community facilitator of knowledge and culture to over 1000 throughout the eastern seaboard. Created by Guillermo Perez and Blake Emory in south beach, Miami. Out of the Need and Deep Desire to uphold higher standards of moral and social duties It is composed of five community oriented programs integrated in to a network.
The five programs are:
HUNKS OF SOUTH BEACH- is an arrangement with the people who frequent gymnasiums, yoga studios, Martial arts academies, health and fitness centers and sporting venues, etc. The arrangement is to allow athletes from all realms of fitness to put their good health to good use by teaming up with a local elder in the community and offering grocery courier, crossing guard duties and other arduous labor activities upon a set flexible and convenient schedule.
THE BULLY HUNTERS GLOBAL BROTHERHOOD- Artists help protect their community against the hardships of oppressors by practicing love in its many forms.
THE ROSE FOUNDATION- Most private case by case ennoblement of services such as daily meals, temporary room and board, clothing, prepaid cell phones and job interviews for victims of domestic abuse, as a way to allow the subject to exit the precarious situation.
ART FOR HUGS- Allows anyone adult or child but more often low income single parent households to attend frequent art classes and seminars given by local participating artists in local participating galleries. at no cost to the community lessons and materials on a volunteer basis.
LOCAL SANCTUARY- Local art galleries serve as community center, hosting a series of events, classes, wellness such as tea ceremony and yoga sessions, live music and therapeutic sciences. Indoor gardening and alternative energy programs, food distribution network and other more specialized services based on the local needs. Permaculture.
PLUM LINE- Artists render seminars based on specialized research for a minimal donation.
GARDEN EARTH- Our art galleries are a network of food growing, GREEN sanctuaries for healing and building.
THE JADE NETWORK . is proud of its statistics and its track record. It began as Guillermo Perez's brain child as a continuation of his family's art vocational culture and its philanthropic endeavors, Now in 2012 it has grown to a 23 gallery network extending from south beach Miami to Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Ohio, Boston, Salem, New york city, Brooklyn, New Jersey and California. Every artist in our grand network is proud to be an asset to their community and a beacon of hope, strength and stability to all those who seek light in these turbulent times.
